This TFM3 series tube furnace is easy to use, durable, versatile, and precise, ensuring your perpetual success. It uses the highest quality components, including Sweden’s Kanthal resistance wire heating elements, built into Mitsubishi fiber insulation. A Japanese Shimaden high precision temperature controller, with 40 programmable segments, can get the temperature within +/-1 °C. A double-layer steel housing with two cooling fans keeps the outside surface temperature nice and cool, even during the hottest operations.


The furnace’s built-in computer interface and a connection cable, adaptor, and software, all included, allow you to control the temperature, set parameters, and more, all from your PC. You can also save the report of your temperature curve for your own records. Stainless steel vacuum sealing flanges ensure an airtight vacuum seal. This furnace is perfect for sintering all types of chemicals or materials. Safety features include overheat protection, thermocouple protection, temperature variation protection, and power failure protection. This and all of our furnaces come CE standard.


Safety features

  • Furnace overheat protection cuts off power when temperature is over the desired range.
  • Thermocouple protection cuts off power when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctioned.
  • Temperature variation protection cuts off power when the difference between actual temperature and target temperature is off the desired range. (refer to controller’s manual)
  • Power failure protection resume furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is back up. 
  • Stainless steel flange support makes sure the tube and flanges are secure and in their absolute position, it also longer the life of the tube.
